First I want to thank y'all for the services you provided for Luna when she broke her leg in two places! She is a happy cat and has made a fabulous recovery after the 3 month road we went down. Second I want to thank y'all for the advise on sugar mama thanks to y'all we are keeping the pain from her stomatitis at bay! A key indicator Is the swelling of the conjunctiva in her eyes. Giving the steroid at that time kept her throat so far from getting bad again. She is happy and pain free. Thank you so much for your care and compassion for the animals!

I was in this week with my sick and passing cat. She was the love of my life for 14 years. The ark staff is so kind and loving. They understood my grief. It is never good to lose a love one,but they were so kind to all of us. God bless you all. Pam

Thanks you from a worried mother.. My daughter is a student at TSU and her "Cinch" became ill.. Thank you to Lessa for checking her in before she arrived and to the staff.. its hard when ur little girl is far from home and her "buddy" is ill and she calls home in tears..

Our blue heeler Greta Garbo had knee surgery a couple months
ago and she is now back to full use of her leg.
Happy and pain free running with the horses when we ride
and work cattle.

Dear Dr. Karen and Staff, Yesterday was a sad, sad day. We lost our little buddy, Beau Kitty. You made the decision to let him go easier. Then, today I opened the card you sent. The paw print was so thoughtful. I plan on printing a picture of Beau and placing the card in the frame w/ his picture. Thank you for always being there for our pets and us...David and Crystal Richey

Thanks so much for the column you wrote for the paper about the clinic name. It's funny how we take for granted other people's knowledge of the Bible, knowledge of the gospel message, even knowledge of God and Jesus in general. I just did a talk with a friend from church at a ladies' night there. Our whole talk was about sharing with others whenever the opportunity arises, whether it is in a five-minute conversation, while teaching a class, while sharing with our own kids, etc. I saw from your article that you may get that opportunity often, right there where you work, based on the name and decor of your clinic. It has always been obvious to me and my family why the Ark is the Ark. But others may not understand. That's an awesome opportunity you have. Thanks, too, to you and Marlon for being great vets for all our "creatures great and small" for the past several years.

i just wanted to say thank you so much to dr. karen and the ladies and guys for taking care of my pets through the yrs. and giving precious a resting place when i couldn't take her with me. you are all wonderful! now as of last friday, i have aquired a mommy kitty and 6 gorgeous kittens.. that i have to figure out how to coax her home with them! i will call you!

Dear Drs. Marlon and Karen,
Just wanted to say a special work of thanks to you both for taking such good care of Hershey. Ya'll run a premier organization that far surpasses any other vet I've used.
We boarded this past week and I screwed up the pickup date. Your staff didnt' tie my little lad up to the mailbox when we didn't make it to town in time. And I am very grateful.
Wanted to also let you know about how much I appreciate your lab tech lady ( I think her name is Donna) who always seems to pay such tremendous attention to Hershey. Everytime we pick him up, she's so attentive to his senior needs and so very caring.
You've got a HELL of a practice. Thanks for everything!!
