The goal of the Ark Veterinary Hospital is
to provide comprehensive veterinary medical and surgical services
in both small and large animal medicine with the emphasis on prevention
of disease and education of clients.
The focus of the hospital is to deliver
quality veterinary services and products in a family friendly
atmosphere, making pet owners confident in the excellent
care their animals will receive. We commit ourselves to

Our Background
Drs. Marlon & Karen Hobbs are both
graduates of Texas A&M University, 1992 and 1991 respectively.
After graduation, they practiced in the metroplex at different
locations, holding associate positions.
They moved to Stephenville in July of
1993 and again practiced at separate locations for 5 1/2
years before opening the Ark Veterinary Hospital in January
of 1999. The doctors are committed to continuing education,
keeping current with new technology, diagnostics and therapeutics.
They have 2 children, Noah & Mikayla, and enjoy the
balance of professional and family life. Their family also
includes 2 dogs and 2 cats.
